basic shading of an earlier image
you copy this draw for a book and delete whit photoshop the text in the inferior left part .thanck for showme this interesting thing
its scanned in from one of my Sketchbooks, Shame about the darkness along the edge of the page though , must have not closed the scanner lid properly
This is incredible! did you use a program to make it?
this is cool!!!!!!!!
thanks, its a concept so i hope to get a full drawing of it in the factory being built done eventually
cool! that's really awesome how you broke it up!
thanks, i love to do veiws of the parts, i feel like it proves its mine somehow, i also love the challenge
thanks, its not bad for a hand drawn image, i added a little colour using photoshop, but the rest was all pen pencil and a ruler
thanks, its a work inprogress, but wanted to upload something so just uploaded it as it was, will finish it sooni hope
Look forward to more!
yeah i am also working on a pic of it in action, it should look great, gonna show the chain blade off in it
difficult though, the dimond tip chain blade is an awsome weapon, but hard to draw, would have been easier to draw a plasma cutter, but somehow the chain balde/chain sword seem more down to earth with a raw feel
I would imagine alot more detail involved in the chain sword.
yes and no, its more to do, but its larger size allows more room for error, at leat in just drawing the weapin, but its a bitch to draw using it in combat, pretty simple to draw knife attackes, but weilding a sword is really hard, i've never been able to get it right consistantly, a lot of trial and error to give the mech the right motion when swinging a sword of any type
not the best quality image, unfortunatly i had to use a low resolution scan for this and the colouring was limited as a result, but i think the result shows that this is a promising start
